We’re excited to announce a new opportunity at Brick City Title for a Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming and professional environment for our clients and guests.
Job Summary
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact at our office, responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing information to all clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcoming Clients: Greet all clients and guests positively and professionally.
- Communication Management: Answer and direct all incoming calls and monitor emails throughout the day.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail, documents, packages, and perform clerical tasks including filing and recordkeeping.
- Client Assistance: Help clients with basic inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Operational Support: Manage order entries, title searches, and ensure the reception and closing areas are organized and well-maintained.
- Business Development: Assist in identifying new business opportunities to expand the agency’s presence.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Adaptability: Able to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
Education & Experience
- Educational Background: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Work Experience: At least a year’s experience in a receptionist or similar role.
Physical Requirements
- Capable of sitting for prolonged periods and handling up to 15 pounds.
